SuburbCheck turns public government data into suburb profiles, scores and personalised reports. Everything we provide is for general information only. It is not migration, legal, financial, or real estate advice, and it doesn't take your personal circumstances into account beyond the preferences you enter.

For migration advice, consult a registered migration agent (see the MARAregister at mara.gov.au). For financial, legal or property decisions, get advice from a licensed professional. Please don't treat a SuburbCheck report as the sole basis for any relocation, purchase or other major decision.

We build reports from public data sources, and we show you the source and vintage for each figure so you can judge it. We make genuine efforts to keep the data accurate and current, but we don't warrant that any figure is current, complete or error-free. Data can be out of date, aggregated to a wider area than a single street, or simply wrong at the source. Always verify anything that matters — commute times, prices, school catchments — against primary sources before you rely on it.

A report is a digital product delivered immediately: once your payment succeeds, your report is generated and made available at a private link (and emailed to you). Because it's delivered straight away, we generally don't offer change-of-mind refunds — but if something is genuinely wrong with your report, email contact@suburbcheck.com.au and we'll sort it out. Refunds are at our discretion.

Your consumer rights still apply. Nothing here limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law — including that services are provided with due care and skill and are fit for their described purpose. Where those guarantees apply and we fail to meet them, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Your report link is unguessable and stays accessible after purchase. Keep it private — anyone with the link can view the report. Don't resell or redistribute reports.

Use the site for your own research. Don't scrape it at scale, try to break its security, resell our data or reports, or misuse the payment or contact features. We may suspend access for misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuburbCheck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on the data or reports — including decisions made or not made on the strength of them. Where liability can't be excluded (such as under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited, to the extent the law allows, to re-supplying the report or refunding what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
